dedicated Client Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our
Fundraising and
Marketing & Communications teams, helping to process donations, manage our database, and provide exceptional customer service to our valued supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries
- Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation of new and departing donors
- Collaborate with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute accurate, engaging donor communications
- Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day assistance
- Oversee the maintenance of the donor database, ensuring accurate data entry and offering internal training and support
- Assist the fundraising team with data input, amendments, report generation, and data queries, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Stay informed on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry news
- Take ownership of your role by incorporating new ideas and initiatives to enhance our fundraising efforts
Requirements:
- A passion for fundraising and commitment to supporting a great cause; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
