Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Associate located in the Frederick, MD area. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for assisting advisors and clients with administrative tasks and for providing excellent customer service on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment.

As Client Service Associate, you set the tone for the client experience with the warmth and care you demonstrate from the beginning while you:

  • Gather personal and financial information from clients.
  • Customize, send, and submit documentation.
  • Offer friendly follow up with clients via email.
  • Open new accounts with care and attention to detail.
  • Process client meeting notes in our CRM and follow up on action items.

On a regular basis, you ensure clients are supported in their financial lives by:

  • Checking in with clients to help them complete financial tasks.
  • Making fund transfers promptly and with attention to detail
  • Updating accounts as necessary (beneficiary & title updates)
  • Labeling and organizing accounts to track against personal goals.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read Job Qualifications

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENT of at least 7 years of professional work experience
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENT of at least 5 years of direct experience in the Wealth Management/Financial Planning/Investment Management business
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
