The Client Service Associate will play a key role in managing high-net-worth client accounts, providing top-notch support, and ensuring smooth financial operations. Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-net-worth client accounts, providing support and ensuring smooth operations throughout all stages of the client lifecycle
  • Oversee money movement processes, including wire transfers, ACH, and journal transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries, offer proactive financial solutions, and maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with outsourced RIA partners for cashiering, compliance, and reporting tasks, ensuring seamless integration of services
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, manage executive calendars, and ensure clear communication across team members
  • Assist with executing trades involving equities, fixed income, and ETFs, providing support while maintaining compliance with regulations
  • Provide consistent follow-up with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout their financial journey
  • Support the integration of new teams and clients after acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of service
Client Service Associate Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in financial services with client-facing responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong, professional client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and make decisions independently while managing client needs and expectations
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, handling sensitive financial matters
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with financial platforms like RedTail, Orion, or Fidelity preferred
