Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 / year DOE

Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative and client service support to financial advisors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist with account openings, processing transactions, and managing documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, coordinating meetings, and managing follow-ups
  • Prepare financial reports, support investment-related activities, and track tasks using CRM and financial systems
  • Facilitate client transactions, including fund transfers, check requests, and account updates, while ensuring timely execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, staying informed on market trends, and assisting with client education
Client Service Associate Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a similar client service or administrative role within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills with a client-facing approach, ensuring professional and responsive service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to follow advisor guidance on operational tasks
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses preferred
