Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and consistent communication throughout the relationship.
- Handle scheduling, coordination of meetings, and follow-up actions from client interactions.
- Ensure all client needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Business Processing:
- Process and track new business applications, including insurance and investment operations.
- Manage underwriting processes by coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and operational guidelines.
- Investment Operations:
- Support investment-related client needs, including rollovers, allocation changes, and asset movement.
- Prepare reports, track performance, and execute tasks for investment-related activities.
- CRM and System Management:
- Maintain and organize the CRM, ensuring all client and business data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and client service delivery.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies for growth and operational excellence.
- Assist in creating a structured system to support long-term business development.
Qualifications- Proven track record of exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and general office technology.
- Ability to take a pass the series exam within 6 months.
Compensation and Benefits- Base Salary: $50,000-75,000 annually
