Client Service Associate to join our team in Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions, ensuring service satisfaction, and supporting the daily operations of the client service team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities - Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing service
- Assist in preparing reports, client documentation, and related administrative tasks
- Support account management efforts and build positive client relationships
- Uphold company standards and provide high-quality customer service
Qualifications: Qualifications
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role preferred
