Sphirea Plus is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions, ensuring service satisfaction, and supporting the daily operations of the client service team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing service
  • Assist in preparing reports, client documentation, and related administrative tasks
  • Support account management efforts and build positive client relationships
  • Uphold company standards and provide high-quality customer service
