We're currently hiring an
Entry-Level Client Service Associate to join our passionate and collaborative team. In this customer-facing role, you'll support our nonprofit clients by providing exceptional service and assisting with event planning, marketing tasks, and outreach coordination.

Key Responsibilities - Act as the first point of contact for client communications
- Respond to inquiries, provide updates, and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and met
- Assist with marketing and outreach efforts by preparing promotional materials and gathering feedback
- Maintain organized records of client communications using CRM tools and tracking systems
- Support client onboarding and foster ongoing, proactive communication
- Help coordinate logistics and materials for nonprofit events and community campaigns
