Client Service Associate Columbus, OH

A fee-only independent financial advisory firm with over $2 billion in AUM is seeking a motivated, analytical, and client-focused professional to join their team as a Client Service Associate. This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to both the firm's business operations and its clients.

Specializing in family office services, the firm excels in managing the complexities of wealth by providing sophisticated solutions in cash management, investment planning, estate structuring, and wealth transfer. Their holistic, client-centered approach empowers families to maximize the impact and potential of their wealth.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with team members to deliver comprehensive financial advice and high-quality client support
Gather, analyze, and synthesize a broad range of financial information
Process transactions, including cash flows, asset purchases and sales, and transfers
Prepare for client meetings and promptly respond to client inquiries
Review and update client investment plans to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives
Generate client reports, including cash flow analyses, investment performance summaries, activity reports, and Personal Financial Statements
Prepare and review documentation for account openings, updates, and private investments

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Relevant internship or professional experience preferred
FINRA Series 65 preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insightful questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations
Proactive approach to researching and resolving issues independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with advanced Excel skills
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to tasks
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Effective multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The firm offers a competitive base salary ranging from $60K to $80K, along with a generous discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) match and profit sharing. The final offer will be tailored to reflect the candidate's unique expertise, credentials, and qualifications.
