Job Responsibilities
- Cross-train in multiple departments, including operations and marketing, to support various business functions.
- Manage, research, and resolve client service requests independently.
- Assist the marketing team in creating videos and managing email campaigns.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Schedule appointments for leads and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide solutions.
- Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage and update CRM systems like Redtail CRM, eMoney, and Calendly.
Qualifications
- College degree in a related field; financial industry experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years in an office or customer service environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional business etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Pass a background check, including fingerprinting, prior to employment.
