Our Client Service Administrators (Maintenance Planners) are integral members of our service team and an important foundation to our customers' service maintenance planning. This position covers the Central region of the U.S., and is a fully remote position that can be based anywhere in the U.S.
As a Client Service Administrator, you will:
Review booking packages and plan customers' service schedules for new and renewed contracts, including preventive maintenance, proactive, and predictive services
Develop maintenance plans using standard maintenance planning tools and documented processes
Revise maintenance plans as outlined by Account Managers to meet customer obligations and schedules
Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Take direction from Client Service Managers
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED
2+ years experience reading, interpreting service contracts and agreements
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and business software systems
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher
5+ years experience reading, interpreting service contracts and agreements in the Building Automation, Fire/Security industry

The pay range for this position is $43,820 - $75,120. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
