Client & Sales Operations Manager

GPD is currently seeking a Client & Sales Operations Manager for our Akron, OH office locations.

Job Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in sales operations, client management, or strategic account operations in A&E
  • Proven experience leading CRM implementation and adoption across multiple teams
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with CRM/BI tools (Deltek, Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau)
  • Skilled at building systems in matrixed organizations with decentralized ownership
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
Day-to-Day Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead CRM implementation and administration.
  • Develop and coordinate account management process and provide client retention support.
  • Design and manage client experience framework and satisfaction metrics to address service gaps and continuously improve client experience.
  • Sales pipeline management and reporting.
  • Provide data driven performance analytics.
