Position Purpose: The Sales Representative position offers an exciting chance to fuel our company's growth. You'll oversee a protected territory in the Beavercreek area including existing and new customers, driving sales through our proven process and in-person demonstrations. Your role extends beyond maintaining existing customers; it involves tapping into new customers and forging strong business relationships. Responsibilities: - Grow sales and profit margins through execution on sales strategy and territory management, planning a sales approach customized with individual customers.
- Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts, including cold-calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Educate the customer on products, services, new product promotions, marketing policies, service, delivery specifics, and industry activities.
- Review daily/weekly/monthly reports with the store manager and assist with any opportunities that may arise.
- Maintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly for products, to ensure competitive pricing.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess the following: - Proven success with closing sales (B2B or B2C).
- Detail minded and organized, with an ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and presentation skill set with a demonstrated ability to conduct professional, results driven customer presentations.
- Intermediate abilities with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Sales professional with experience and track record of growing market share.
Required Qualification - High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
