Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients effectively through organized productivity and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure high satisfaction levels among existing clients by delivering outstanding service daily.
  • Drive sales and profit margins through proactive account management.
  • Meet or exceed productivity goals consistently.
  • Enhance internal and external business relationships to foster growth.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to expand our customer base.
  • Educate customers on our range of products, programs, and consolidation opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 6 months or more of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, along with solid relationship building expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management or similar roles.
  • Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
