Role: Client Relationship Manager/Sr. Client Relationship Manager The Purpose, Role Definition, and Requirements: Overview of the Client Relationship Manager: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will cultivate a portfolio of clients and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Your mission is to effectively communicate Collabera's value proposition and assist clients in bridging the talent gap through hiring a remote workforce across diverse regions.
In the first 30 days, you can expect to: - Complete HR orientation, participate in introductions with various teams, personalized sales training, and familiarize yourself with the Collabera operating model and sales process.
- Understand Collabera's value proposition, analyze competitors in the space, and craft a compelling narrative to differentiate us.
- Prepare for mock calls and translate that experience to real opportunities, anticipating objections and strategizing the best responses.
- Collaborate with your Manager to establish revenue targets.
In the first six months, expect to: - Identify new business opportunities within your accounts and drive sales pursuits by presenting cross-functional Collabera teams.
- Negotiate and finalize business deals that support sustained revenue growth.
- Work collaboratively with clients to engage with Collabera's engineering specialists.
In the first year, you will aim to: - Build a trusted relationship with your clients, guiding them to create a world-class flexible team and enhance efficiency.
- Simultaneously expand your portfolio while driving growth in your region.
- Strategically plan for the following year and proactively develop your sales pipeline.
- Mentor and support Sales Representatives to ensure their success in the role.
Essential Education, Skills, and Environment: - Proven track record in full-cycle sales of large, complex managed technology projects to enterprise clients.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in small to mid-size talent solution companies.
- A strong interest in technology, enabling informed discussions about delivery.
- Experience negotiating service agreements with procurement and legal teams in enterprise accounts.
- A hunter sales persona with a growth-oriented mindset.
- An innovative, adaptable team player eager to embrace change in a dynamic environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated active listening, consultative, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel.
- Bachelor's degree required.
