Job Description:

We're seeking a strategic, client-focused professional to manage key customer relationships and lead post-sale implementation efforts. The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with sales teams, technical specialists, and customer service partners to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for dental clients. This role is hybrid, based out of the Charlotte office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee post-sale implementation of dental equipment and software solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, managing communications and resolving any service or order issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal departments (customer service, tech support, IT) to ensure high-level support and smooth installation.
  • Document all activities in the CRM system (Business Central/D365) for accurate forecasting and client tracking.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and upsell additional products.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners and internal sales leadership to enhance customer experience.
  • Attend key industry events to represent the client as needed.
  • Handle inventory management, shipment coordination, and delivery execution to ensure seamless product fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the dental industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with dental equipment and CRM systems such as Business Central or D365.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and learn new systems quickly.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite in Charlotte).
