Client Relationship Rockstar to join our Futures, Options & OTC Clearing team.
As the go-to person for our top-tier institutional clients, you'll be the friendly face (or voice) they count on. You'll keep things running smoothly across their trades, positions, and everything in between. If you've ever dreamed of being the captain of a ship navigating the exciting (sometimes stormy) waters of derivatives, this might just be your dream gig.
What You'll Be Doing: - Be the knowledge guru for all things trades, positions, commissions, reports, and product offerings
- Navigate the internal maze to get clients the answers they need-fast
- Serve as a key escalation ninja-when something's on fire, you're already grabbing the extinguisher
- Coordinate with clients on trade dates and expiry details-because details are your thing
- Help clients access and master the Mercury portal-yes, it sounds cool because it is
- Chat regularly with our Marketing squad to flag client asks, trends, and new opportunities
- Host high-impact client meetings-agenda? Check. Presentation? Double check. Follow-up notes? Nailed it.
- Track, update, and resolve open issues (we call them OILs because finance acronyms) like a boss
- Push for smarter, faster, and more efficient client processes-hello automation.
- Keep client info sharp, clean, and ready to roll-because messy data is so last year
What We're Looking For: - A top-tier communicator and leader who can hold a room (or a Zoom) with confidence
- A master of multitasking who thrives in a high-octane environment
- A self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions-you see the ball, and you run with it
- Someone who understands the risks and responsibilities of being client-facing-and handles them like a pro
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint (your basic ninja toolkit)
- Deep understanding of futures, options, and derivatives in global markets-no rookies here
- Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, and best practices-because we play by the book
Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.73 per hour
