We're seeking a dedicated, hardworking, conscientious person to fill this part-time entry-level role.
This is not a sales position-there will be no cold calling. However, you will engage with clients via phone after their purchase to support and manage their experience.
This is a client support-style role.
You'll be responsible for all client interactions, including Tier 1 support and assisting with their onboarding during their first 30 days.
Tools you'll use include:
- Canva (for minimal design tasks)
- HubSpot (for CRM and support tickets)
- Trello (for workflow management)
- Google Workspace (Docs and Email)
- Google Voice (for phone calls and texting, must be a people first friendly conversationalist)
- Googe Meet (for video calls, cannot be camera shy.)
Terms of Employment:
- Part-time position, starting at approximately 20 hours per week.
- A minimum of 50% of time will be on location to collaborate, this will be a hybrid role, remote and on location in our office in Nampa.

- Competitive hourly wage, starting at $17 (up to $ 23 USD per hour based on performance and DOE)
