Position Overview:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Client Relations Director to drive growth and build strong referral relationships across our South Florida territory, including Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties, with some secondary coverage in the Fort Myers area. This role is responsible for sales activity, strategic marketing, and community outreach. It also plays a key part in educating patients, providers, and partners about our full range of services, including Private Duty Nursing, Therapy Services, and Medical Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Aveanna's services to new and existing referral sources to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with:
  • Physicians
  • Discharge planners, case managers, and social workers
  • DME and infusion companies
  • Conduct in-services and represent Aveanna at local and regional events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales and market development plan aligned with company goals
  • Provide feedback to leadership on sales performance and market insights
  • Represent Aveanna with professionalism, compassion, and respect for patient care

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Comfortable working in diverse home and community environments

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel throughout assigned territory (vehicle not provided)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform standard physical activities (standing, walking, climbing stairs, etc.)
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to a variety of settings, including homes and healthcare facilities
  • Possible exposure to allergens and infectious conditions
