As we grow, we're looking for a passionate Client Relations Associate to join our team and be the trusted link between our services and our valued clients.
Position Overview:
The Client Relations Associate is the front-line connection for our customers, responsible for nurturing client relationships, supporting project needs, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role blends customer service, account management, and sales support in a fast-paced creative environment. The ideal candidate will handle new and existing customers with the sales and processing of orders related to screen printing and embroidery of apparel as well as promotional products. This position involves greeting customers in our showroom, answering phones, and explaining products and services to our customers in person, over the phone, and via email. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, a detailed work ethic and have previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.

Responsibilities:
- Answer Customer Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. Answer phones or greet walk-in customers, respond to customer questions about TOSA apparel, products, services, pricing, printing requirements and order status
- Prepare quotes/invoices: Provides recommendations to customers to meet their needs, this includes merchandise options, printing options (screen printing, DTF, DTG), embroidery, turnaround time, etc.
- Provide Customer Support: Assist clients in selecting products, finalizing artwork, and understanding service offerings (screen printing, embroidery, design, webstores, and fulfillment). Keep customers informed throughout the processing of their orders, keep track of customer purchase history and follow up as appropriate.
- Maintain Client Records: Troubleshoot issues, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain accurate records of client communication and project details in our customer management system.
- Represent the company's brand, voice, and commitment to service excellence at all times.
Key Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with customers, to understand customer needs, and provide clear explanations to customer and TOSA staff. Writing clear communications is a big part of the job. Friendly, enjoys working and interacting with customers. Passion for branding, creativity, and helping businesses grow.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of the screen printing, embroidery process and the materials involved is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient at using PC computer systems including searching vendor sites for products, and other tools. Familiarity with customer management tools, and basic office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep track of customer orders and inquiries.
