We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Client Relations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients who did not end up retaining the Firm's services. The role will be focused on providing ongoing support to these families (clients), connecting them with resources, and providing re-entry to the Firm as needed. Communication : Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients & referents via phone, email, and other channels.
Connection to Sales Team: Ability to speak with potential clients, identify the need for legal services through the firm, and connect the PNC back to our sales team for discussion.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input and update client information and any other relevant documentation into the firm's CRM.
Collaboration : Work closely with team members and the legal department to ensure the timely resolution of any issues.
Follow-Up : Ensure proper follow-up with potential clients & referents to confirm firm satisfaction and ensure continued brand loyalty.
Compliance : Adhere to firm policies and industry regulations related to client confidentiality & protected health information (PHI). Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
• One year of work experience in sales
• Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process
• Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
