The Client Relations Specialist position is an in-person role at our Capitol Hill office.
Responsibilities
- Delivering white glove service to build strong relationships with clients
- Serving as a liaison between clients and custodians, including managing client information and handling all cashiering and money movement requests
- Coordinating the new client onboarding process
- Opening brokerage accounts, establishing cashiering needs, setting up online reporting access
- Updating cost basis, tracking required minimum distributions, reconciling account information
- Maintaining integrity of client data
- Providing support with scheduling client meetings
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Series 65 or 66/7 preferred (may be obtained within a 180-day condition of employment)
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outstanding operational, organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage and process complex operational work
- Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Problem assessment and resolution
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and occasionally stressful environment
