We are seeking an experienced and customer-driven Client Partner to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients of the company. The Client Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating communication between client and the company. Responsible for managing portfolio of diverse client accounts, acting as the main point of contact, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs and inquiries.
  • Ensure clients' needs and expectations are understood and met in a timely manner.

Strategic Account Management:

  • Develop Account Plan and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

Client Retention & Satisfaction:

  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and work with Practices/Delivery to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Lead regular meetings with clients (QBR, MBR) to review performance, discuss upcoming opportunities, and provide strategic advice.
  • Address and resolve any potential conflicts or issues that may arise within the client relationship.

Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing and practices & delivery to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams in delivering client-focused solutions.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and work with the Practice & Delivery Team to generate new revenue streams within the existing client base.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of clients' business challenges and offer innovative solutions that align with their objectives.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Track client engagement and revenue and margin metrics, ensuring progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in delivery, client management, or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one or more of Emergys Offerings:
  • SAP, ITSM/BMC/ServiceNow, CRM/SalesForce, LCNC/Mendix/Out Systems, Cloud/AWS, Data/BI/Analytics, RPA/UIPath/AA, Testing/Automation
  • Expertise in building and nurturing long-term relationship with clients, Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and cross-sell within existing client base
  • Strong problem-solving skills, relationship building skills and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication (written & oral) skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
