Role Overview: As a Client Partner at the Director/Senior Director level, you will be instrumental in driving growth and managing strategic relationships within the Retail, CPG, and Utilities sectors. Your role will encompass business development, client engagement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with our clients' objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve long-term profitable growth, positioning client as a trusted advisor and business leader within the account.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business aspirations and challenges.
- Leverage deep domain knowledge to design and propose comprehensive transformation solutions that align with client objectives and industry trends.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Client's footprint within the account, driving revenue growth across service lines.
- Manage the overall profitability and health of the account, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with Client's financial goals.
- Work closely with internal teams, including delivery, pre-sales, and solution architects, to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in client partner roles, with a proven track record of managing and growing key strategic accounts within the Retail, CPG, or Utilities sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Retail, CPG, and Utilities industries, with the ability to anticipate market trends and client needs.
- Familiarity with IT services and digital transformation solutions, including cloud, analytics, and enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives to successful completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
