Role: Client Partner

Location: Orlando, FL (Location preference is Orlando, but nearby within a 1-2- hour drive is acceptable)

Type: Full-Time


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving business development strategies, manage executive client relationships, and ensure the growth and satisfaction of key accounts. This role combines strategic business development with operational delivery oversight, while providing executive-level support and guidance to clients.
  • Drive sales and business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Own the account strategy, revenue, and client relationships, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including practice and delivery, to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering a mix of strategic, business, and technological advice.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), provide status updates, and proactively resolve issues or roadblocks.
  • Manage client expectations while ensuring project delivery aligns with timelines and agreed-upon outcomes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and technology partners to deliver tailored digital solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth through consistent, value-driven engagement.
  • Escalation management, resolving complex issues swiftly and efficiently to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Presentation skills, delivering clear, compelling presentations to clients, including presenting at the CXO level.
  • Develop and deliver presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition and strategic vision to high-level executives.

Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of Sales experience, with a strong background in business development and relationship management.
  • Strong familiarity with digital technologies, particularly in industries such as Hotel and Cruise Lines.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to source new business opportunities and deepen client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with experience in presenting to high-level stakeholders, including CXOs.
  • Experience with escalation management, resolving complex issues and ensuring timely resolutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical expertise into actionable business solutions.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Proven ability to create proposals, bring proactive ideas to the table, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Self-driven, determined, and flexible, with the ability to wear multiple hats and balance strategic client management with project delivery.

Additional Preferences:

  • Location preference is Orlando, but candidates from nearby areas within a 1-2- hour drive will also be considered.
  • We are open to candidates with a pure farmer background who excel in account management and client retention.
  • Delivery background or experience that has transitioned from being a Program Manager to a client-facing role.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the hospitality domain, especially those with exposure to Finance and Enterprise Apps (e.g., vacation management, Oracle, SAP) and Digital Technologies.
