Job Overview:
As a Client Partner, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for creating tailored sales strategies to meet the unique goals of each Enterprise client within your portfolio. You will develop long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers, including executives across various lines of business. The role involves generating and closing new sales opportunities within your assigned account base, which may include both existing clients and new clients. You will position product capabilities that align with client business goals, manage complex contract negotiations, and close large, high-value deals. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create tailored sales strategies to meet the unique goals of each client within the portfolio and drive success with cross-functional partner execution.
  • Account Growth & Expansion: Build long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers, generating and closing new sales opportunities within the account base.
  • Enable Client Satisfaction: Lead a world-class, differentiated experience that clients will want to continue growing with.
  • Product Capabilities Consultation: Position product capabilities to potential and existing clients to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage complex contract negotiations and close large, high-value deals with enterprise clients.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required)
Work Experience:
  • 4-7 years of experience in selling to Enterprise clients (Required)
  • 7-10 years of business sales experience, with a proven track record of successful acquisition sales, opportunity creation, and closure within an enterprise customer base. 5 years of that experience must be in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales (Required)

  • Account Management: Skilled at managing account relationships and financial outcomes, including reducing churn, adding new agreements, and managing the sales cycle. (Required)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships, identifies and closes new sales opportunities. (Required)
  • Prospecting: Ability to assess potential customers to prioritize and engage the most promising leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline. (Required)
  • Business Development: Demonstrated ability to identify and create new business opportunities and nurture long-term growth. (Required)
  • Negotiation: Confidently handles sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients. (Required)
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with client leaders at all levels, adapting communication style based on the audience. (Required)
