Key Responsibilities
• Travel across the U.S. to support account setup for financial advisors at client banks (50%+ travel)
• Enter sensitive data accurately and double-check for compliance
• Represent the team during on-site client visits with clear, professional communication
• Follow direction in fast-paced settings and escalate issues appropriately
• Contribute to process improvements in a regulated financial environment
Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service, operations, or data entry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Based in or near St. Louis, MO (training is 3-4 weeks onsite Downtown-free parking)
• Able and eager to travel nationwide for extended periods, including weekends/holidays as needed

Compensation & Schedule
• $19.52/hour
• Full-time; includes overtime, occasional weekends and holidays
• W2 employment
