We are seeking a
Client Marketing Specialist to execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns for our firm. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing delivery to drive awareness and client engagement across an array of marketing channels. Our firm currently works with many platforms, including digital & print advertising, social media, email, direct mail, newsletters, sales collateral and webinars.
As the Client Marketing Specialist, you will - Ensures key MESSAGES are pulled through into campaign tactics and are aligned to initial brief. Provides feedback to team where messages are misaligned or flags for internal regroup.
- Ensures assets align to MEDIA plan and are provided to internal and external partners on time.
- Ensures all assets are tagged using Marketing Analytics-required tracking mechanisms to ladder up to MEASUREMENT plans.
- Facilitates the execution of assets.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with Audience Marketers and shared services teams such as Digital, Marketing Automation, Creative, Editorial Services, etc.
You will also be equipped to lead marketing initiative strategies through work with internal and external partners, including
- Submit project request for email builds (or build email as necessitated)
- Secure compliance approval through Red Oak
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- QA testing
- Understand and use existing workflows while also looking for opportunities for improvement
- Set-up campaigns in salesforce for leads and tracking.
- Develop POS tools that have been vetted and identified to meet the following criteria
- Target 'promote' fund (platform adds, product launches, vulture campaign opportunities
- Supports Tier 1 firms
- Maintain and report on usage and marketing metrics
- Serves as final QA
- Creates and distributes Marketing Alert on Client Marketing site, and update as needed
- Annually:
- Reviews programmatic efforts, consolidates insights and provides to Experience Marketing Lead for inclusion in annual plan
- Quarterly:
- Reviews campaign measurements
- Episodically:
- Provides campaign measurement expectations to Marketing Analytics team
- Communicates results to business partners
- Use marketing analytics to find opportunities for optimization
- Tracks metrics and provides reporting to team
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Suite, CRM and Marketing Automation software (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email Marketing software, etc.), and web content reporting systems
- 2-4+ years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within the finance space.
