Job Summary: RCM&D is currently searching for a Client Manager in our Commercial division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing insurance brokerage services, including renewal and new business marketing, policy administration and other servicing matters.

A Day in the Life:
  • Competently manage the client service cycle, monitor timeframes and meet renewal deadlines.
  • Retain and develop accounts by making recommendations regarding the risk to the client for the most cost effective and proper insurance coverage.
  • Market renewal and new lines of insurance including creating coverage specification, participating in creating manuscript coverage wording to satisfy a client's coverage need and analyzing/negotiating quotes received from carriers.
  • Review policy coverage and identify cross-selling and additional revenue opportunities
  • Analyze data to draw conclusions and recommend findings to client.
  • Assess client needs and questions and reviews options with clients, making sound recommendations on a day-today basis.
  • Service clients in accordance with PAR E&O professional service standards by complying with all E&O Plus, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve a minimum rating of 90% from E&O Plus audits on all accounts.
What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED; college degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience performing the duties of this position or one with similar requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate Property and Casualty (required) and Life and Health (desired) licenses.
  • Advance insurance designations, such as CIC, CPCU, or other pertinent designations are preferred.
