As a Client Manager, your mission is to enhance client value by:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive client retention and revenue growth.
  • Value-Based Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify client pain points and present MedPro Disposal's innovative solutions, uncovering opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
  • Proactive Client Support: Address client concerns promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution & Negotiation: Resolve service issues effectively and negotiate win-win solutions for both clients and the company.
  • CRM Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Client Retention & Advocacy: Identify and proactively address potential customer churn, acting as a client advocate.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, billing, collections, and sales teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in sales or account management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Organizational & Time-Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professionalism & Client Focus: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a positive and professional demeanor and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Proven ability to resolve client issues effectively.
