JOB SUMMARY:
Authentix is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Online Brand Protection Client Manager to join our growing Online Brand Protection Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing online brand protection strategies for a diverse client portfolio, leveraging Authentix's cutting-edge technology to identify, analyze, and mitigate online threats across digital platforms. This role demands strong analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities for clients and internal collaboration. You will also drive a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, including processing service agreements, setting up customer and vendor profiles, and working with clients to obtain relevant documentation for executing the defined service scope. A critical component of this role is that the ideal candidate possesses expert-level knowledge of the full spectrum of online threats (counterfeiting, piracy, trademark/copyright infringement, domain name abuse, social media scams, gray market activities, etc.) and the tactics employed by infringers. Furthermore, the candidate demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the functionalities, policies, and enforcement mechanisms of major online marketplaces, social media platforms, search engines, and domain name systems.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Oversee the day-to-day management of clients' accounts: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact. This includes facilitating consistent communication, effectively resolving inquiries, providing proactive updates, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving their brand protection goals.
- Maintain Expert-Level Knowledge of Online Brand Protection Trends: Continuously monitor and analyze the evolving online landscape with an expert eye, including new platforms, enforcement mechanisms, emerging sophisticated threats, and best industry practices, proactively sharing insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to Service Improvement: Provide expert feedback and insights to the product team, leveraging your deep understanding of client needs and industry trends to enhance Authentix brand protection offerings.
- Develop and Implement Client-Specific Online Brand Protection Strategies: Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their unique brand protection challenges and, drawing upon your extensive knowledge, develop and implement highly effective and tailored online monitoring and enforcement strategies.
- Contribute to Program Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve online brand protection strategies and processes based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Prepare Client Presentations and Reports: Develop and deliver clear and concise presentations and reports summarizing program performance and providing strategic recommendations.
- Track and Forecast Account Financial Performance and KPI's: Maintain visibility, communicate, and forecast revenue & cost timings to internal stakeholders. Work with accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely invoicing and collection on all assigned accounts.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

- Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the Online Brand Protection industry.
- Experience managing internal stakeholder and external partner relationships.
- Strong user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Service Agreement Processing Proficiency: Familiarity and comfort in processing service agreements, including understanding key terms and ensuring accurate and timely completion, would be a significant advantage.
- Client Onboarding Expertise: Experience in managing and executing a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients is highly preferred. This includes a proven ability to guide clients through initial setup and ensure a positive first experience.
