Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning, booking, and managing accommodations, flights, activities, and other arrangements.
Communicate clearly via phone and email to handle inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations.
Build strong partnerships with vendors to source hotels, venues and negotiate service contracts.
Maintain accurate client records and booking information.
Issue invoices, process payments, and ensure clients receive all necessary travel documents.
Solve client issues with creativity, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with basic technology tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email platforms).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working flexible hours as needed.
Previous customer service, administrative, or coordination experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.
