Our growing company is currently seeking an Implementation Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first impression and initiate the client relationship post sale. The Implementation Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for Digital Credential project implementations and must heavily focus on strategic delivery of Digital Credential platform solutions through client onboarding, coordinating resources, extensive product knowledge and constant adaptation and management of client expectations. The Implementation Coordinator will work to set timeline expectations to ensure deadlines. Post implementation, the Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical assistance to both internal and external users by providing answers to users' questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with computer hardware or software. This role will also act as technical liaison between the company Client Relations team and clients, providing information, service, and support. The position requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. The candidate must be able to work in a high energy environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Duties
  • Conduct demonstrations, assist in integration and onboarding with clients on electronic product.
  • Schedule meetings to manage and coordinate the deployment process.
  • Establish guidelines/timeframes to ensure a successful implementation and ensure all milestones are met.
  • Monitor all phases of the installation and escalate issues to IT and/or Sales when necessary.
  • Exercise the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Cultivate, maintain, and apply expertise of company digital product offerings and procedures to solve problems for clients.
  • Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.
  • Field support calls, email, and/or other communication from external users with inquiries regarding technical support, general product support, product onboarding support, and similar concerns.
  • Collaborate with other staff to research and resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with in-house developers to explain errors and/or recommend modifications in programs to clients.
  • Organize and upload data from customer to fit our standard formats.
  • Update the deployment process as new versions of software are released or company initiatives change.
  • Continually review internal processes to optimize efficiency for both the company and our clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in customer technical support highly preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization skills and have the ability to manage projects of varying length.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to build strong understanding of products and services offered to clients as well as the technologies supported.
  • Reliable transportation for timely work attendance.

  • Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, in order to sustain adequate visual focus over a period of time
Compensation and Benefits
  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with mandatory weekday or weekend as needed
