Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Paylogics. This role is crucial in supporting our clients by addressing payroll and software-related inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be involvd in a large project migrating all clients to new software. Duties and Responsibilities: Migrate clients information to new systems. Provide top-notch client support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Troubleshoot payroll and software-related issues effectively. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions. Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions. Foster and maintain strong client relationships. Deepen knowledge of company software and assist with its implementation during client migrations. Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery. Qualifications: 1+ year of payroll experience is preferred (training available for the right candidate). High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer proficiency, including deep knowledge of Excel.
