We are looking for a Client Care Specialist-a critical right hand to our lead agent, owner, and principal of the group. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume real estate environment, supporting a dynamic business with a large and growing client base. As the Client Care Specialist, you will be the lead agent's key resource and primary support, ensuring every client receives a first-class experience and that every transaction progresses with precision. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage details flawlessly, and facilitate smooth operations will make you an indispensable part of the team. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the lead agent's key resource and primary support , ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and task execution.
• Manage all aspects of pre-listing preparation , including scheduling photography, staging, vendor services, and ensuring properties are market-ready.
• Oversee and execute critical transaction steps , including smoke inspections, appraisals, final walkthroughs, and property readiness.
• Proactively monitor and manage deal flow , keeping transactions on track and anticipating potential issues before they arise and escalate to the Team Leader as needed.
• Coordinate and organize showings, open houses, and private tours , providing a seamless experience for buyers and sellers.
• Serve as the primary client liaison , providing frequent updates, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth process from listing to closing.
• Maintain detailed transaction timelines and checklists , ensuring no step is missed and every deal is executed flawlessly.
• Ensure all marketing materials, listing information, and property details are accurate, updated, and effectively positioned.
• Assist with high-level client follow-ups and relationship management , ensuring long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide Team Leader with market insight and transaction awareness to support pricing, negotiation, and strategic decision-making.
• Keep the lead agent informed and one step ahead at all times, ensuring they can focus on high-level sales. Qualifications:
• Active real estate license with a strong understanding of the transaction process.
• A highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive approach -no detail is too small, and nothing slips through the cracks.
• A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-moving, high-volume business.
• Exceptional transaction insight -knowing what needs to happen next, anticipating challenges, and ensuring smooth closings.

• A team-first mentality , always looking for ways to add value and support the lead agent in growing the business. Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
