As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service while delivering the right products at competitive prices. With access to over 900 instant rewards on every order, you will help our clients make informed purchasing decisions.

Your Role:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Effectively manage your client portfolio to maximize productivity and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional day-to-day service.
  • Drive sales growth through management of existing accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales metrics and productivity goals consistently.
  • Develop internal and external business relationships for mutual benefit.
  • Initiate outbound calls to expand our customer base.
  • Educate clients about our diverse product offerings and potential consolidation benefits.
Your Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity in all business interactions.
  • Possess exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven abilities in uncovering, developing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Exhibit strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Understand product knowledge, competitive landscape, and sales objectives.
  • Ability to communicate and sell company values, products, and services effectively.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable selling to various buyer levels within small to mid-sized organizations.
Basic Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 6+ months of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
  • Effective written and oral communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in account management or similar roles.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong cognitive thinking abilities.
  • In-depth business acumen and sales strategy expertise.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to address complex problems.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate change smoothly.
