Position Summary: Center For Family Services is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist for the Camden location. The Front Desk position serves as a Receptionist and Office Manager for the small office for a human services agency. The Client Engagement Specialist provides assistance and support to all programs in the building.

Job Type/Status: Part Time
Duties and Responsibilities The Client Engagement Specialists' responsibilities will include greeting individuals, answering and directing phone calls to appropriate staff, and permitting building entry following all security policies and procedures. They complete normal administrative tasks, such as mail distribution, preparation of correspondence, checking in clients, keeping records up to date, office supply orders, and discharge processes. The Client Engagement Specialist ensures accurate data entry into the AWARDS system, assists with billing, as well as other duties as assigned. Familiarity with electronic health records is a plus.
Requirements: - High School Diploma; some college preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- High customer service standards and customer relations experience
- Function as team member interacting with staff from all programs within the Camden Office
- General office knowledge, clerical and phone skills
- Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three years
- Vehicle with current insurance and registration. All positions require pre-employment drug screening and criminal record checks. Many positions require motor vehicle record evaluations and medical clearances.
