This position is a full-time position that will support the Client Engagement department, working in the office.
We are looking for a Client Engagement Representative that will seek new business opportunities with potential customers and position Formcraft as a preferred partner.

Responsibilities: - Participate in outbound or inbound business development activities, including:
(Phone calls, Emails, and LinkedIn outreach) - Generate interest and increased awareness of Formcraft through events and networking
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and networking contacts
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing and business development strategies and campaigns
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Plan & execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (phone, email, social media, etc.)
- Undertake individual tasks of a business development plan as assign
- Adhere to company policies listed in policies and handbooks
- Carry out any task requested that is legal, moral, and in the company's best interest
Requirements Qualifications • Education - BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent is preferred
• Software - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (Salesforce, preferred), and COSTARS.
