Location: Bloomfield, CT/Nashville TN (Open for remote for right candidate)
Previous IT Staffing Experience with Healthcare Clients is Highly Preferred
This role is key in maintaining client satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful placements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Understand clients' business needs, workforce strategies, and hiring plans to align staffing solutions accordingly.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Coordinate closely with internal recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of job orders.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with clients.
- Resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
