Zaddy Solutions is searching for an Client Services Development Manager for a client in the Houston area. This is a direct-hire, on-site role.
Join our dynamic and growing Houston-based law firm as a Client Services Development Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and driving business development initiatives in partnership with our attorneys across our Texas offices. Occasional travel between Texas offices will be required.
What You'll Do:
- Client Engagement: Proactively cultivate deep relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Manage client communications, contact lists, and event logistics.
- Event Management: Strategically plan and execute a range of firm and client events, from seminars and webinars to client appreciation gatherings. This includes venue selection, vendor coordination, invitations, and on-site management.
- Marketing Support: Contribute to the firm's marketing efforts by coordinating responses to RFPs, updating attorney bios, developing marketing materials, and managing social media content in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage client development budgets, secure CLE accreditation, and oversee the distribution of client gifts. You will also supervise team members supporting client-related activities.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience within a law firm environment.
- Proven experience with CRM software for managing client relationships and marketing efforts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
