Job Description
We're looking for a talented Client Development Director to elevate our affiliate and performance marketing operations. If you're a visionary leader with deep expertise in affiliate strategy, partnerships, negotiation, and data-driven growth, this is your chance to make a major impact.
As Client Development Director, you will own and refine the affiliate strategy, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing partnerships with publishers, influencers, and technology providers for a significant client portfolio. You will lead a team of associates and managers, foster strategic relationships, and ensure CJ solutions keep us at the forefront of performance marketing innovation.
As a senior member of the UK team, you will establish yourself as a knowledge resource across the company among all team members. Additionally, at the Director level, you will represent CJ externally at industry events and public speaking engagements.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Extensive exposure in digital media/client services and responsibility for digital marketing teams.
- Proven people management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
- Understanding of digital channels, online consumer behavior, and digital technology fundamentals.
- A strategic approach to successfully delivering client business objectives.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including use of AI and automation solutions to streamline resource management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to commute to our London HQ in White City.
- Potential for short-haul travel.
