Client Concierge / Executive Assistant
Location: New York, NY (In-Office 5 Days)
Compensation: $20-$22/hour

We are seeking a Client Concierge / Executive Assistant who will act as the first point of contact and ongoing liaison for our clients. This role is part executive assistant, part client experience manager-and it's perfect for someone who is organized, emotionally intelligent, upbeat, and passionate about helping people feel cared for and supported.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a warm and professional primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and prioritized
- Field all client requests and questions, routing them to the appropriate team member and following up to ensure timely responses
- Review client documents and flag key issues or missing items for attorneys/paralegals
- Ensure all client-facing communication is thoughtful, thorough, and in line with the firm's tone and brand
- Monitor email inboxes and case management systems to help coordinate client updates and document flow
- Assist in coordinating meetings and calls between clients and attorneys or paralegals
- Proactively follow up with clients to check in on outstanding items, paperwork, or questions
- Be a friendly, calming presence during what is often a stressful time in clients' lives
Who You Are:
- Warm, personable, and naturally high in emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Comfortable working with clients going through personal and emotional challenges
- Organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a positive, can-do attitude
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn tools like Clio (or other legal CRMs), Microsoft Office, and Dropbox
- Has 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, or executive assistant experience
- Bonus: Experience in a legal, mental health, or high-touch service setting
