We're growing quickly, and we're looking for an expeditious and detail oriented Client Care Specialist to join our ever-growing team of fine jewelry enthusiasts and make a big impact. This is a client facing role responsible for assisting the client care team during the post production process.


What you'll do:

  • Meet with clients to size their finger and provide fit recommendations
  • Meet with clients to pick up their completed rings
  • Verifying addresses and schedule ship dates for completed rings
  • Prep rings for pickup
  • Ensure all finished rings are prepped for pickup prior to client arrival
  • Schedule repair, resize and pick up appointments
  • Coordinate repairs across various teams
  • Greet clients at the door and offer refreshments (water / coffee / tea)
  • Assist with online chat inquiries in a timely manner
  • Contact clients regarding late try-at-home kit orders
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team

The Desired Qualifications:

  • A people person who thrives on creating an excellent customer experience.
  • 2+ years experience in client services
  • Luxury retail/fine Jewelry experience is a huge plus.
  • Computer-savvy and phone experience is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
  • Ability to multi-task and desire to work with a small, tight-knit team.
  • High-level of empathy and desire to make every client feel special.
  • A self-starter who goes above and beyond for their clients.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically on your feet

Schedule:

  • Thurs - Mon 10am - 6pm
