We're growing quickly, and we're looking for an expeditious and detail oriented Client Care Specialist to join our ever-growing team of fine jewelry enthusiasts and make a big impact. This is a client facing role responsible for assisting the client care team during the post production process.
What you'll do:
- Meet with clients to size their finger and provide fit recommendations
- Meet with clients to pick up their completed rings
- Verifying addresses and schedule ship dates for completed rings
- Prep rings for pickup
- Ensure all finished rings are prepped for pickup prior to client arrival
- Schedule repair, resize and pick up appointments
- Coordinate repairs across various teams
- Greet clients at the door and offer refreshments (water / coffee / tea)
- Assist with online chat inquiries in a timely manner
- Contact clients regarding late try-at-home kit orders
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team
The Desired Qualifications:
- A people person who thrives on creating an excellent customer experience.
- 2+ years experience in client services
- Luxury retail/fine Jewelry experience is a huge plus.
- Computer-savvy and phone experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to multi-task and desire to work with a small, tight-knit team.
- High-level of empathy and desire to make every client feel special.
- A self-starter who goes above and beyond for their clients.
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and think critically on your feet
