Job Summary:

Meneses Law has an immediate opening for an experienced Bilingual Sales Associate to join our dynamic law firm. Our Bilingual Sales Associate will be an expert in understanding Meneses Law's services. The Bilingual Sales Associate will be responding to questions and queries about our services. The ideal candidate has top notch sales and excellent customer service experience who has attention to detail, is goal driven, ethical, and dedicated professional.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
  • Convert sales for our wide range of legal services. Must be able to meet monthly sales goals (KPIs).
  • Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preference.
  • Document sales by updating customer records.
  • Stays up to date with sale trends for better services and achievement of sales.
  • Have the emotional intelligence and maturity to have difficult conversations with clients to encourage them to hire the firm for legal services.
  • Closing the sale and follow-up through telephone and email.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales and work with management to implement improvements.
  • Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the client and Meneses Law team that will include weekly/monthly follow-up with clients after they check in by telephone. You will document conversations and report to management with any concerns clients may have.
  • Adherence to a prescribed script is a requisite for this role, ensuring consistent and standardized communication.
  • May perform other duties or assigned tasks based on departmental needs.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of sales experience or customer service experience

Compensation:

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Education/ Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
Communication Skills:
  • Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents. English/ Spanish bilingual oral communication is a must.
Reasoning Skills:
  • Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
Physical Demands:
  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
Other skills:
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management.
Work Hours:
  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 2 Saturdays, per month. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
