Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic client-focused service professional with admin and operations experience, known at our company as a Client Care Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships while assisting them on their wellness journey. You will also handle a variety of administrative and operational duties to ensure our clinic runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals. Maintain communication before, during and after appointments.
- Perform clinic administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Proactively identify and solve issues, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist with operational duties as needed to support clinic efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in customer service.
- 2 years administrative experience.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or wellness setting preferred.
- Engaging and personable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- College degree preferred
