A rapidly growing Dave Ramsey authorized independent financial advisory firm in Meridian, Idaho is looking for a 30 to 40 hr/wk professional. The right candidate will be anxious to take ownership of the role of helping the Financial Advisor be more efficient in serving wealth advising clients and building his advisory business. This individual will have high ethical standards, be teachable, demonstrate the ability to take initiative, be adept at prioritizing daily tasks, and will have a "can-do" attitude. There will be a significant amount of administrative duties, but I want more than an Administrative Assistant. I am seeking someone who is anxious to engage with clients and prospects through various avenues, address the necessary minutiae, and work together with the Advisor to grow our practice.

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Financial experience a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as typing proficiency; ability to learn new software technologies.
  • Superior organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Work under general direction, however, able to prioritize work and organize own time utilizing independent judgment.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to find solutions for novel situations.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation in working and interfacing with clients and prospective clients.
  • Capable of handling multiple demands on an on-going basis while maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in publishing professional content on social media and other digital platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to adhere to careful and precise compliance procedures implemented by advisor's broker/dealer, FINRA, SEC and confidentiality maintain client information.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for coordinating client meetings and transactions, responding to and resolving routine client inquiries and telephone calls.
  • Coordinate workflow of advisor(s) to maintain overall forward direction of the office.
  • Produce and manage processing of client account forms with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain solid working relationships with clients through direct contact, via phone, email, social media channels, an marketing; provide ongoing support and service as appropriate.
  • Oversee maintenance of client and advisor files, CRM, and database records.
  • File or upload client statements, correspondence and agreements.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials.

Compensation

  • $15-25 hr, depending on experience.
