We're expanding our Greenville team and looking for a people-first professional to join us in elevating the human spirit.

What You'll Do
- Be the go-to phone contact for prospective clients and families
- Listen actively, ask the right questions, and guide callers to the best care solution
- Schedule and coordinate care consultations with empathy and efficiency
- Complete all intake paperwork and onboarding documents with clarity and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with our care and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track referral activity and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into clients
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to incoming needs (clients and caregivers)
What We're Looking For
- A people person who enjoys conversation and genuinely listens
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, even in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- High School diploma required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening
