Arkansas Talent Group is exclusively partnering with a very successful and established Registered Investment Advisory Firm in Little Rock to find their next Client Associate / Sales Assistant. This RIA has a large client base with over 1 billion in assets managed. They are an established business that is continuing their growth trajectory. This position will support 2-3 extremely successful Financial Advisors, and will be trained by some of the best and most tenured Sales Assistants in the businesses.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist 2-3 financial advisors with preparing client presentations, investment reports, and marketing materials
  • Assist Investment Advisors with processing and confirming client transactions
  • Deal directly with clients, provide quotes, and execute trading orders
  • Process and follow up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts
  • Assist with servicing existing clients
  • Conduct market research and gather data to support advisors' sales efforts
  • Schedule client meetings and appointments for advisors
  • Maintain updated client contact information and databases
  • Process paperwork for new client onboarding
  • Manage front office operations including greeting clients, answering phones, and routing inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and making arrangements
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors preferred, but experience will trump education
  • Series 65 highly preferred, or willingness to get it
  • 2+ years of experience in supporting role in the Investment Advisory industry, preferably with an RIA
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Charles Schwab experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
