Your role
Are you a strategic and results-oriented professional? Do you have a background in marketing and business development?
We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to:
-drive strategic growth and identify/develop relationships through direct outreach, digital engagement, and in-person networking
-expand the team's client base and assist Advisor to implement and track pipeline and progress
-develop strategic initiatives and lead nurturing activities to enhance team growth and client acquisition
-establish strong relationships with prospects, advisors, and centers of influence
-represent the team at various industry events, conferences, and networking engagements and plan our own events
-stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to Sr leadership to refine business strategies
-understand UBS protocol and guidelines and manage the team's brand online through social media, web, and email
-coordinate and execute various marketing activities through email, social media, phone outreach, webinars, and events
-develop and maintain marketing materials and the team's intellectual property
-collaborate with internal teams to track progress and ensure alignment with goals

• Washington: the salary range for this role is $66500 to $70000

Your expertise
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the finance sector
• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Proven track record of successfully initiating and building relationships
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Attention to detail / value accuracy
• Display grit, show consistent dedication, and are comfortable with complex problem-solving
