Client Advisor, Luxury Fitness - Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $70k Base + 30% Bonus + Full Benefits, $90k OTE, First Year
Schedule: On Site Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday

Job Summary

You will have a strong sense of presence on the shop floor and the ability to communicate confidently with customers. You will always put the customer first and deliver great customer service, striving to exceed customer's expectations. You will use your expertise in a consultative manner to approach the customer and recommend various solutions based on their needs.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the Store Sales Performance by achieving the sales objectives
Maintain good product knowledge and ensure outstanding customer experience
Be proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with the existing ones in order to generate new business opportunities
Actively participate in design events and exhibitions, in order to collect and convert as many leads as possible
Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
Constantly promote a unique and memorable shopping experience (customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude)
Keep the CRM system up to date
Exceed all behavioral requirements adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines
Ensure the Store is perfectly in line with the Brand Guidelines in terms of VM and appearance and atmosphere. Respect company norms and procedures and adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulations
Be always informed on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities
Cooperate with other Consumer Sales Functions (Field Sales and Teleselling) ,in an omnichannel approach, in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journey.

Requirements
1 years' experience as a Sales Associate, preferably for luxury brand retail companies
Personal trainer experience preferred
Bachelor Degree or relevant experience
Selling attitude with an emphasis on developing business
Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media
Ability to acquire some expertise in Store operation applications (Sales Force, SAP)
Passion for design, luxury goods, fashion, made in Italy, art, sports and healthy lifestyle
Passion for fitness and wellness (high standards / no smoking)
Entrepreneurial approach
Ability to create and cultivate a network
