Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Client Advisor position at CH Jewelers / TimeVallee in Arcadia, CA. The Client Advisor role focuses on building and strengthening client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities include client engagement, hospitality, sales support, and effective communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through the use of CRM tools
- Provide tailored product recommendations based on clients' requirements
- Achieve monthly sales quota through repeat client business and development of new clients
- Identify innovative ways to grow and develop business by focusing on key product pillars
- Collaborate with your co-workers to deliver a seamless and outstanding client experience
- Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.

Desired Qualifications

- Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry industry, or hospitality
- Knowledge or qualifications in luxury watches, jewelry, and/ or hospitality services
Pay range and compensation package
The offered pay rate will be based on the candidate's relevant skills and experience. Although we are actively hiring, the start date for this position is mid March 2025.
